Despite being a business owner herself, she finds it hard to understand how a company can have poor communication and unprofessional behavior. She lists several issues she encountered, including no communication after payment, delays in delivery, and a lack of transparency about the expected delivery date. She also questions the authenticity of some of the positive reviews, stating that she would never consider using Sunrise Fence again.
