Disappointing Experience
Rhoda Wolff and Johnnybravo both had negative experiences with Losli Fence & Deck. Rhoda noticed that metal posts detached from her wood deck and tried to contact Jerry to repair them, but he never followed through. Johnnybravo had trouble getting Losli to respond to his messages and calls, and when they finally provided a quote, it was expensive and came with a series of delays.
Outstanding Service
On the other hand, Richard Amicci, Sean Garland, Tracie Bjugan, Dan Balza, Eryn Keller, Dave Ling, and Glenna Nolte all had excellent experiences with Losli Fence & Deck. Richard praised Jerry's professionalism and commitment to quality, while everyone else commended the company's responsiveness, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Poor Communication
Lindsay Helzer also had a negative experience, but it was due to poor communication rather than subpar workmanship. She tried to contact Losli multiple times, but her messages and calls went unanswered.
