Poor Quality and Unprofessional Installation
Several customers have reported poor quality products and unprofessional installation from Eliason Lumber. Dayna De Jong contracted with Eliason to install a fence, but the fence was installed without proper spacing between the boards, causing it to get destroyed by wet weather. The fence was also curved instead of being straight, and the posts and backer rails were bent. When the issue was brought to their attention, the company refused to fix the problems and told the customer to "ask" their boss.
Another customer, Berry Seng, purchased 2x4 lumber from Eliason that was of terrible quality, with holes, cracks, and overpriced. The customer was able to break one of the 2x4s in half by hand and had to make multiple trips to Home Depot to find decent quality lumber.
Slow Order Fulfillment and Unorganized Customer Service
Leah Steve reported that her orders were being fulfilled extremely slowly, advising customers to order 1-2 months ahead of time to ensure timely delivery. The company's customer service was also described as unorganized, causing delays in order fulfillment.
