Shipment and Customer Service Issues
Some customers have reported issues with receiving their orders, with no clear communication about estimated delivery times. John Crist placed an order but was unable to get an ETA, despite calling and emailing the company with no response. This lack of communication left him feeling nervous. James Davenport had a disastrous experience with Weatherables, with incorrect materials being shipped and poor customer service.
