What is Post-on-Pipe technology?
Our unique system uses galvanized pipes set in concrete while keeping wood posts elevated to prevent rot and extend fence lifespan.
Should fencing or landscaping be done first?
Install fence before landscaping to prevent damage during construction, unless changing ground levels which should be done first.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers, personal checks, and credit cards (with 3% processing fee). Invoices are sent via email through QuickBooks.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our core fencing work is done by Rain City Fence employees. We use painting subcontractors for fence staining projects only.
Are permits required for Seattle fences?
