Our company was founded by Todd Rowe, who has spent most of his adult life working in the construction industry. Growing up in a contractor family, Todd developed a passion for home improvement and repairs at a young age. He began his career as the co-owner of a general handyman and home repair company, where he honed his skills in fence and other outdoor construction. Over time, Todd decided to focus on fence and deck repairs and started Sierra Nevada Fence & Deck.

Since its inception, Sierra Nevada Fence & Deck has grown organically through referrals from happy customers. We now serve the greater Sacramento area and offer a wide range of services including fence repair and installation, deck installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as other outdoor carpentry services such as pergolas, trellises, retaining walls, and general dry rot repair.
