A Tradition of Quality

Pat Turns and Bill Bius established West Memphis Fence & Construction, Inc. in 1967 under the name Hurricane Fence. The name was changed in 1968 to better reflect the scope of their work. Over the years, we have built a reputation for quality and reliability, with a focus on commercial and industrial fencing.

Our team has worked on numerous high-security projects, including prisons, Tunica Casinos, Memphis International Airport projects, Auto Off-Load Facilities, and more. We are well-known by general contractors in the Memphis area and have completed numerous projects all over the United States.

Our Team

We are a family-owned business and take great pride in the quality of our work and reputation. Our team consists of seven estimators, an office manager, two office assistants, two full-time mechanics, three job superintendents, and thirty-five fence installers. We have a fleet of fifteen trucks, eight bobcats, four compressors, four mixers, two delivery trucks, and four lifts.

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, from the initial estimate to the final installation. We believe that communication is key to a successful project, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met every step of the way.
