Raul, the owner, is an Army OIF/OEF Veteran with nine years of service. His construction journey began in 2002, where he honed his skills building custom homes before transitioning to the realm of decks, fences, and remodeling. Raul's leadership style is defined by his humorous approach, which brings a positive energy to the job site and fosters a strong sense of teamwork among the crew.

Taralyn, the Sales Manager, brings a deep understanding of the construction industry to the company. As a military spouse and a contractor's daughter, she has spent a lifetime immersed in the world of construction. Her knowledge encompasses both practical experience and a keen understanding of the needs and expectations of our clients.

Tierralyn, our dedicated Salesman, embodies the spirit of family and service. Growing up around the family business, she has learned the ins and outs of construction while also developing a strong sense of empathy for those serving in the military. Her customer-centric approach and eye for design make her a valuable asset to the team.

Silas, our skilled Crew Lead, is deeply rooted in the community and exemplifies hard work and dedication. His involvement in both football and the family business during his formative years instilled in him a strong work ethic and a mastery of various construction techniques, ranging from fence and deck construction to handrail installation and custom stair building.
